#1992

After completing my graduation & studying in Hindi medium started my corporate career with a multinational

#1999

Got stuck at the same position because of my average English communication. Talked to my manager who told me the difference between performance & perception. I remember his exact words, “Performance gives you salary; perception gives you growth”.

Worked on my English communication & got my first promotion. I realized the strong connection between impactful communication & growth

Kept working on my communication & other human assets & kept climbing the corporate ladder & reached a senior level position

Decided to give it back to the society by following my passion & helping individuals by training them in English communication became the purpose of my life. Quite the plush corporate career & started our company with wife Anamika

Went online with the launch of our YouTube channel ‘Learn English With ZiTA’. Today the channel boasts of 2.5k videos, reaching 30 countries & millions of viewers every year. Got the same love & support on Instagram & Facebook with people connecting with our work
